To meet our clients needs for faster and more accurate reporting, quoting, job tracking and project management we are developing state of the art systems which will be introduced in May 2012.

Dealing with damage insurance claims can be stressful and we believe it is mission critical to invest in the latest systems and technologies to enable us to provide a better quality of service to our customers and the insured. We will be introducing a number of new initiatives in the coming months which will further improve the speed and quality of service that the Barclays team provides.
